FREE TO UK

At present all UK orders are FREE. Unfortunately this does not apply to international orders or any area North of Edinburgh or Glasgow. Please phone for delivery prices on non UK deliveires.

Please allow a little longer for delivery's on the run upto christmas.

::DELIVERY INFOMATION::

We post our goods with either Royal Mail or a Courier service on a 3-4 working day delivery service. If you are not going to be at home please provide a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the goods. i.e. your work address.
When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a landline telephone number (not a mobile). We realise that your personal information is important and we take your privacy very seriously. You can rest assured that Subvert will never sell, share, or trade your details with any other third party.

::ONLINE ORDERING::

You can order on-line from the Subvert Boardstore website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Subvert website uses the latest Paypal shopping system so your order details are totally secure. You can also call one of our sales staff to place your order during shop opening hours. All our sales staff are all experienced Snowboarders and can offer you any advice that you may need regarding any purchases.

We do our best to keep our website as up to date as possible. However as the website is updated manually we do occasionally get snowed under (excuse the pun)! We therefore may ocassionally run out of stock of things that are advertised on our website.

All products are subject to availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available in stock we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order although we may enter the price or description of a product incorrectly. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.

Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this site.

::Returns::

Goods can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note if they are sent back to us within within 14 days, in a new and unused condition, with the original packaging, labelling and Subvert receipt. Unfortuntately we do have to ask that any return postage charges are met by you unless you are returning faulty goods. If you are returning goods because they are faulty then we will cover all postage costs. However if you are simply wanting to exchange items then we do require you to meet the return costs, and the cost of posting a replacement out to you. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. Please note that customer special orders and sale products are non refunadable. They may be returned for an exchange or a credit note will be issued. Obviously, all of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

::SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS::

If you are ordering goods for a particular date or as a gift for a birthday, etc. Please inform us so we can make every effort to make the delivery on time.

From time to time we e-mail our customers with news, offers and invites to dvd parties!. You have the option to opt out of these emails just drop us an email to subvertboardstore.com and ask us to remove you from the mailing list.
