Behind the Art — Dave Doman

The graphics are designed by Dave Doman, a Salt Lake City design icon whose graffiti-inspired style has helped shape snowboarding’s visual culture for decades.

Doman’s work is known for bold color palettes, playful monster characters, and expressive, graffiti-driven linework that brings unmistakable personality to the mountain. His graphics have appeared on iconic projects for Technine, Nitro, and Celtek, and extend beyond snowboarding into his illustrated children’s book Spots and Stripes.
