The Rome Rene is the latest pro model from Rome Team Rider Rene Rinnekangas, designed as his ultimate all-terrain freestyle weapon. Built to perform as a true “all-terrain vehicle” for the mountain, it blends creative freestyle energy with the power and stability needed for variable conditions.
A Fusion Camber profile paired with a directional twin shape delivers versatility across park laps, side hits, and powder, offering both switch-friendly control and confident float when needed. At its core, a pro-level Pop Core construction enhances ollie power, response, and an aggressive freestyle flex, giving the board explosive energy without sacrificing control. From big park features to natural terrain and off-piste lines, the Rene is built to handle it all with pro-level precision and style.

Flex: 7/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)
A mid-stiff flex provides the stability needed for higher-speed riding, along with strong edge hold during powerful carves and reliable support on larger features. It delivers a locked-in, confidence-inspiring feel with smooth damping through variable terrain, rewarding committed riders with control and precision when conditions get demanding.
Shape: Directional Twin
A directional twin snowboard combines a symmetrical outline with a slightly setback stance, blending freestyle versatility with directional stability. It rides comfortably in both regular and switch, while still offering a more natural feel and stronger performance in its preferred direction.
This design provides improved control across varied terrain, making it a great choice for riders who want park-friendly maneuverability without sacrificing confidence on all-mountain lines.
Fusion features positive camber through most of the running length, with a small amount of rocker just before the contact points. This design creates a versatile all-mountain freestyle feel that has the power and response of the majority positive camber zone, combined with a smoother overall feel and added rise in powder from the small dose of early rise.

Tried and true single radius sidecut. Reliable and consistent, this sidecut style supports every type of rider through all terrain.
Laminate: Triax Upper Glass, Triax Lower Glass, Directional Triple Bamboo Omega HotRods
Triaxial Fiberglass that runs in three different angles above the core for torsional rigidity and adds extra snap to the board..
Carbon Hotrods are thin rods of carbon milled into the boards core, making the board responsive and powerfully snappy. This configuration inlays a rod in the centreline of the board in the nose and tail, maintaining a pressable yet poppy board personality.
Core: Pop Core
The Pop Core offers versatile and durable construction that is made of alternating 20mm wide Poplar and Paulownia wood strips.
Base: SinterStrong Base
A low maintenance sintered base that is extremely versatile and fast.
Additional Features:
Directional Diamond 3D: By having a wide, flat section in the middle of the board and then a 3D curve tapering past the contact points in the nose you get a stable ride while riding flat, turns easier, and disperses powder with ease.
Tail Double Kick: is featured on freestyle-oriented boards, offering an aggressive two-part rise in the tail. It’s designed for more pop, enhanced torsional stability, and smoother landings.
