The 2027 Salomon Sleepwalker Grom is a playful, confidence-building snowboard for young riders. Its True Twin shape, Rock Out Camber, and forgiving design deliver easy progression, smooth control, and plenty of pop for exploring the whole mountain.

Flex: 2/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)
Soft flex snowboards are forgiving and easy to control, making them ideal for beginners and freestyle riders. They excel in playful riding such as buttering and park tricks, while also delivering a smooth, comfortable ride on groomed runs and in softer snow conditions.
Shape: Twin
A twin-shaped snowboard is symmetrical with an identical tip and tail, designed for equal performance riding forward or switch. It’s perfect for freestyle tricks, spins, and jumps, offering balance, stability, and control in both directions.
Profile: Rock Out Camber
Flat between the bindings provides stability, camber near the feet adds response, and rocker at the tip and tail enhances pressability.
Sidecut: Equalizer Rad Sidecut
Equaliser and Radial radii are combined for a sidecut that provides agility on the mountain. It consists of a combination of straight lines and short radius.
Laminate: BIAX MD Fiberglass, Popster
BIAX MD Fiberglass: The use of Low-density fibers produces lighter boards that keep their playful forgiving flex forever.
Popster core milling: Between the inserts allows the board to flex more naturally and improves energy transfer to the nose and tail for added pop.
Core: Aspen Wood Core
Full length Aspen wood with high-density birch stripes for improved insert retention.
Sidewall: ABS
The molecular structure can be described as a concrete bar combining toughness for energy transfer and dampening properties for impact absorption.
Edges: Freestyle Edge Bevel
For superior edge hold and forgiveness while on rails and boxes, a 1.5 degree base edge bevel is added.
Base: Extruded Base
Offers long lasting glide with low-maintenance characteristics.
