Burton Process Snowboard 2027

Burton Process Snowboard 2027 - Bad Dog

The Burton Process Camber is a versatile freestyle snowboard designed to help riders progress with confidence. Favoured by Burton pro rider Mark McMorris, it combines playful handling with the performance needed to tackle everything from park laps to all-mountain adventures. Its responsive camber profile and softer flex deliver the perfect balance of pop, precision, and forgiveness, making it an excellent choice for riders looking to push their skills to the next level.

Features

Board Type:  All Mountain

Flex: 3.5/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)
Soft flex snowboards are forgiving, playful, and easy to control, making them ideal for beginners and freestyle riders. They excel at buttering, pressing, and park tricks while delivering a smooth, comfortable ride across a variety of terrain.

Shape: Twin/Twin
Twin snowboards feature a symmetrical shape with identical tip and tail dimensions, delivering the same performance whether riding regular or switch. Ideal for freestyle riding, they offer balanced control, stability, and confidence for tricks, spins, and park laps.

Twin Flex has a perfectly symmetrical design from tip to tail, delivering more balance and versatility for an effortless ride, whether you’re riding regular or switch.

Profile: PurePop Camber
PurePop Camber blends the power and precision of traditional camber with a more playful, forgiving feel. Subtle flat zones outside the bindings enhance pop and board feel, while early-rise tip and tail sections reduce catch points and improve float in softer snow.

Inserts: The Channel
The Burton Channel replaces traditional inserts with a rail system for precise stance adjustment and greater freedom of positioning. It’s compatible with most bindings.

Laminate: Triax
Triax fiberglass is layered above and below the core and creates a versatile flex and consistent response for performance across all types of snowboarding.

Core: Super Fly II 700G Core with Dualzone EGD and Squeezebox
The Super Fly II 700G Core features stronger and lighter woods targeted in specific areas, which provides more pop and strength while reducing weight.

Dualzone EGD enhances edge hold and power transfer by strategically aligning the wood grain, delivering a stronger, more consistent ride.

Squeezebox combines thicker, more powerful zones with thinner, more flexible sections in the core to improve energy transfer, creating a snappier, more stable ride.

Edge: Frostbite Edges
Edges that extend out slightly underneath your bindings for enhanced edge hold on hardpack and ice.

Base: Sintered
Sintered bases are made from a durable and highly porous base material that provides added strength and wax absorption for long lasting glide.

Additional Features:

Infinite Ride: Burton overbuilds its boards in the factory and then precision-tunes them for consistent pop and performance, ensuring the ride stays reliable from day one to season after season.

Pro-Tip: The tip and tail of this board taper out at the points, reducing swing weight and promoting mobility.

Super Sap Epoxy: Super Sap is a bio-based resin that reduces the carbon footprint by 50% over conventional petroleum-based epoxies.
