A tapered directional snowboard features a shape where the tail is narrower than the nose, providing enhanced control and stability in deeper snow. This versatile all-terrain profile combines a raised camber platform through the inserts for strong edge hold and stability with elevated contact points that improve float in powder. Sidecut: Blended Radial
CAPiTA’s Blended Radial Sidecut uses a single-radius arc through the board’s centre with specially tuned blend zones at the contact points. This design creates smoother turn initiation, improved edge control, and a more balanced feel tailored to the board’s intended riding style.
Holysheet fiberglass uses high-strength, low-stretch fiberglass weaves to increase responsiveness and durability without adding weight. Combining tri-axial fiberglass above the core with bi-axial fiberglass below creates a balanced ride with enhanced strength, stability, and long-term performance.
The Magic Bean resin system is a plant-based formulation with high bio-content, designed for low-impact production with no waste or greenhouse emissions. It cures at lower temperatures while delivering excellent strength and durability, allowing for a thinner, lighter wood core that increases energy return and overall responsiveness.
